What to bring with you?
- New Generation Chip-ID Card: For Turkish citizens, there is no need for a passport, but old identity cards are definitely not valid. You must have your photo ID card with a chip with you.
- Flight and Hotel Reservations: Keep digital copies on your phone, but it’s a good idea to print copies just in case (especially if your phone runs out of battery).
- Driver's License: If you plan to rent a car on the island, Turkish driver's licenses are valid. But remember; traffic flows on the left, not the right!
- Converter (Adapter): Most hotels provide them at the reception, but they can sometimes run out. Bringing one with you saves you the trouble of searching for a plug.
- Powerbank: Essential for long days on the beach and photo sessions.
- Smart Clothes: Cyprus hotels and restaurants like to dress up a bit in the evenings. Be sure to bring at least one "smart casual" outfit for evening meals or casinos (a shirt/trousers for men, a nice dress for women).
- Sun Protection: The Mediterranean sun is no joke. High SPF sunscreen, a wide-brimmed hat, and quality sunglasses should be at the top of your list.
- Beach Bag and Flip-Flops: Most of your time in honeymoon hotels will be spent at the beach.
- Insect Repellent: Especially in the summer months, mosquitoes can be persistent when sitting outside in the evenings.
- Personal Medications: It’s not hard to find a pharmacy on the island, but bringing your routine medications with you is the safest choice.
If you want to bring back alcohol and tobacco products from Cyprus, be sure to check the customs exemption limits (generally around 3 cartons of cigarettes and 1-2 liters of alcohol per person); we wouldn’t want you to have any issues at the border.

This vacation was truly unique for us! It was amazing to have the opportunity to experience this beautiful time with my partner. Everything was organized with great care from the first day to the last. Our view was stunning, and the dinner we had on the yacht was one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. I can say that the honeymoon destination felt like a dream; I felt very special. However, they did not deliver the fruit service we expected for two days, which was a bit disappointing :) Other than that, I really liked it. I think every couple should experience something here; I hope we can return!
Last month we went to Cyprus for a holiday and we loved the tour package we chose! The hotel was incredibly luxurious and comfortable. Our honeymoon suite was beautifully decorated and satisfying. I loved the extra surprises, especially the fresh chocolates and sparkling wines we encountered when we were in the room! Everything from breakfast to dinner was very delicious and the staff's attention to the guests was very sincere, which made us happy. The romantic memories we created during the tour will be endless. We also built a very warm relationship with the other participants of the tour. We didn't want this holiday to end and I always think about telling this holiday story!
